Last week, Mrs. Ham wrote to you about taking care of yourself emotionally, mentally, and physically. I want talk a bit about SELF CARE because it is so important that we check in with ourselves and do things that make us HAPPY!
How are you feeling? What do you need right now? For instance, if you’re feeling overwhelmed and you need a break, take one! Do something that brings you JOY-meditate, rest, exercise, journal, be in nature! Listen to your bodies, take care of yourself. Love yourself. Take the time to smell the 🌸’s , like our Ollie!
