I hope you had a great weekend and are ready for another week of online learning! This week the weather looks lovely! I hope you have the opportunity to go outside and be creative! Today I have a dice workout for you. If you do not have dice to work with you can write numbers on a piece of paper and pick one at a time. You can always make your own workout too!
If you Roll a 1 do 1 ab twist. If you roll a 6 do 6 wall jumps!
1 Ab Twist
2 Burpees
3 Mountain Climbers
4 Shoulder Taps
5 Jumping Jacks
6 Wall Jumps
