I hope you enjoyed your weekend and had a chance to enjoy the beautiful weather! We did a lot of yard work this weekend. We cut down trees and mowed the grass. When doing our yard work we used our upper body muscles a lot! Especially when we used a saw to cut down the smaller trees. I know my biceps and triceps got a great work out! Do you remember where your biceps and triceps are located? I put a picture below to help you remember. I challenge you today to strengthen your biceps and triceps anyway you can!
